Maya grew up with her (amazing) sister Joanne and her parents in Phoenix. The family moved to the east coast (NY) in the late 80s. Maya was always artistic. She loved to draw all over the walls and floors of the house at 12 months old. Maya majored in english lit at UMass. She later went to  design school in New York and today is one of Boston's top interior designers. Maya has always loved the outdoors and has been known to go winter camping! Maya moved in with Justin as he had a larger place then she. It was quite a challenge and took a lot of de-bacheloring, but Maya was up to the task.
